"Квітней родная Беларусь" = "Blossom Native Belarus" is the campaign motto of the official Belarusian youth organization "Молодёжь Беларуси". It aims to promote patriotism, love for one's country, pride in one's traditions etc. It is also the successor organization to the Komsomol, the Soviet youth league, which might explain its style. Picture taken opposite the National Library in Minsk.
